Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Operations Processor in our Lockbox department. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming customer payments and ensuring accurate and timely application to their respective accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and handle incoming payments, checks, and documents in a fast-paced environment.
- Verify accuracy of payment information and match with customer accounts.
- Prepare and process deposits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments and communicate with customers, as necessary.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a lockbox or payment processing role is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and experience with data entry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
