Job Summary
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to build effective training solutions for target audience’s needs
- Creating engaging learning activities aligned with business goals
- Applying learning design theories to nurture a robust learning ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Work with Client Team to develop and execute solution approach
- Implement learning solutions based on business problem and learner profile
- Design instructional training, content, and assessment strategies
- Execute ILTs, WBTs, and other learning interventions
- Conduct reviews of courseware for quality standards
- Contribute to project coordination and client communication
