Job Description
JK Network services is a biotechnology company specializing in molecular testing solutions. They are currently looking for an Associate Sales Coordinator to join their team.
Job Description:
- Arrange samples and create quotations
- Entering account and customer data
- Provide documents for the company
- Helps in filling out customers’ required forms
- Answer customers’ inquiries via phone or email
- Provide order-related information
- Assist sales team with quote requests, discounts, inventory checks, etc.
- Collaborate with other internal departments
- Communicate updates with the Sales Team
- Assist Sales Team when needed
- Help in the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Previous experience in sales support or coordination is an advantage
- Knowledge of SFDC and SAP is a plus
