Job Description
FTC GROUP OF COMPANIES CORP is seeking an experienced Associate Sales Director to lead our Sales Team. This role entails recruiting, managing, and motivating the sales force, while coordinating marketing activities with upper management. You will ensure sales quotas are met and maintain relationships with real estate firms and brokers.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or relevant field.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and public relations skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00/month
