Job Description
We seek a formal, customer-focused Associate Support Specialist to provide timely technical and customer assistance via email, chat, and phone. You will triage and troubleshoot product issues, document tickets clearly, escalate complex cases, and help maintain service-level agreements while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams and contribute to the knowledge base
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and meet SLA targets
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 0–2 years in customer/technical support, strong written and verbal English, basic CRM/ticketing experience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset
