Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate, Talent Acquisition – Agent Hiring at Probe CX. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent for our company’s agent positions.
As an Associate, Talent Acquisition, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for the agent role.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and objectives.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and build relationships with potential hires. Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred.
