Job Description
As an Associate Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of client accounts, providing technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your main duties include troubleshooting technical issues, implementing solutions, and building strong client relationships.
You will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical guidance during the sales process. Additionally, you will collaborate with the product development team to communicate client feedback and improve product offerings.
