Job Description
Join the Midori Hotel team as an Assistant Cost Controller! In this role, you will:
- Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel.
- Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock.
- Maintain organized records and monitor PAR levels of food items.
- Verify goods received and assist in preparing cost reports.
Job Type: Full-time
