Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop new molds, molding processes, techniques, process improvements, and cost reductions.
- Develop and document manufacturing instructions and data sheets.
- Troubleshoot and understand the root cause to make necessary changes to the injection molding machinery.
- Oversee/supervise the plastic injection process from start to finish.
- Monitor and control the assigned process, ensuring production activities align with the approved schedule.
- Ensure conformance to specifications.
Specific Knowledge and Skills
- Graduate of Business Courses (BSBM/BSBA).
- Knowledgeable in the production of plastic injection parts.
- Experience in parameter and mould setting.
- Basic knowledge in machine mould maintenance.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing set-up.
- Computer Literate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
