- Manage Sales, Profit, and Loss (P&L).
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Optimize product and stock management.
- Drive key performance indicators for profitability.
- Maintain visual standards.
- Enhance brand loyalty through team empowerment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing sales role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Team player, located in Taguig.
