Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Supervisor / Officer-in-Charge (OIC). In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist in supervising store staff and delegating tasks effectively.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandise display standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
