Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply/Demand & Scheduling: Oversee functions including Client Supply/Demand Management, Resource Pool Supply/Demand Management, and Scheduling Process Management.
- Set and adjust strategic direction and actions to keep supply/demand in balance.
- Provide consultative, problem-solving support for escalated business issues.
- Manage relationships with stakeholder groups and key individuals.
- Prepare and present management analysis using key metrics.
- Recommend and implement specific actions to address issues.
- Facilitate key Talent Supply Chain discussions and decisions within the business.
- Drive and/or participate in staffing decision-making that needs escalation.
Must-Have:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course
- 1 – 4 years of experience in Workforce Management or Recruitment (both operational and practical)
- Stakeholder management (reporting and presentation experience)
- Excel skills (V-look up, Pivot tables, formulas)
- Excellent communication skills
Note: Open to Fresh Graduates and Open to Career Shifters (waived for Fresh Grads)
Good to have:
- Recruitment experience in IT or Technology
- Data and Analytics
For Internal applicants:
- OK to interview without HR Background – ok to interview w/o HR background if coming from ACM (Accenture); not ok if external (non-Accenture)
- CL11 candidates will be promoted to the nearest cycle
