Job Description
ASIA UNITED BANK is seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complaints related to OnUs, Issuer, and Acquirer services through various channels such as phone and email. Key duties include logging all complaints in the Bancnet System, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, the role involves overseeing card blocking and activation requests while coordinating card orders with our branches. Investigating unauthorized transaction complaints through CCTV and transaction history is also a vital part of the job.
