Job Description
In charge of answering OnUs, Issuer, and Acquirer complaints of clients via:
- Phone
- Emails
- Other channels
Tags all complaints in the Bancnet System.
Creates reports on all ATM complaints.
Monitors customer complaints and makes sure that turn-around-time (SLA) is met.
Oversees requests of card blocking/activation and withdrawal lifting of units/branches.
Coordinates with units/branches concerning card orders/delivery.
Handles client/unit/branch query on unauthorized transaction complaints.
Investigates customer complaints through review of CCTV footage and acquisition of client’s transaction history and personal data.
MUST BE OPEN TO WORK ON WEEKENDS (can file for an offset, if so.)
