Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The Attendant, Centralized Scheduling will work closely with Business Units to publish rosters using a demand-based method.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produces rosters and daily reports in a timely manner to fulfill operational demands.
- Encodes roster to Virtual Roster.
- Monitors and coordinates attendance report from Time Manager.
- Generates reports from Virtual Roster and Time Manager as required.
- Assists with rostering related projects e.g. labor efficiency studies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0 to 2-year work experience in scheduling.
- Experience on Virtual Roster and Time Manager preferred.
- College Degree preferred.
- Display high commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills.
