Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled AU Loan Processor to join our team. As an AU Loan Processor, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Your main goal will be to facilitate the loan approval process and maintain clear communication between borrowers, lenders, and internal departments.
To excel in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with underwriting, loan documentation, and knowledge of AU software are highly preferred.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and verifying loan applications
- Reviewing credit reports, employment history, and financial statements
- Ensuring all loan documentation is accurate and complete
- Collaborating with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations
