Job Description
As a Payroll Administration, you will assist the payroll team with the weekly and fortnightly payroll processes across our Australia and New Zealand entities. Your responsibilities will also include invoicing and reconciliations of hours paid.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- End to end processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll
- New employee set-up
- Pay rate and pay rule set-up
- Assisting with payroll queries and answering email inquiries from key stakeholders across the business
- Undertaking required weekly reporting, both internal and statutory reporting
- Daily closing of all movement jobs, reconciling to timesheets and applicable rate cards
- Payroll timesheet data entry
Technical Requirements:
- Familiarity with SQL & VBA
- Experience with FoundU/SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but experienced candidates are highly preferred
- Attention to detail
- Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role is preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Degree in finance or accounting is preferred
