Job Description
Applicants must be willing to work in a Hybrid Setup (Harton Corporate Center Paranaque).
3 Days work onsite and 2 days WFH.
Must have at least 1 year experience in Australian Taxation and Compliance. (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE).
An AU Tax Accountant is expected to:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements by accounting standards
- Prepare clear and concise work papers as evidence of work performed
- Prepare management accounts
- Help identify accounting issues
- Apply basic Australian tax compliance procedures
- Assist with Australian tax planning for clients
- Prepare Australian income tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts
- Complete requisite regulatory forms
- Complies with the lodgement program by meeting lodgement dates and requirements
What it takes to be part of our team:
- Business / Commerce degree with an Accounting major
- Commencement of CPA or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in Australian tax accounting (non-negotiable)
- Preferably with Xero experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
