Here below is the Job Description

As a pioneer Accountant, you will:

• Work in the office with your fellow pioneers for the first month then Hybrid offshore commencing from week five
• As we expand across 30+ offices in Australia, you will work with experienced offshore management, ensuring career growth and opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
• Prepare clear and concise work papers as evidence of work performed Prepare management accounts
• Help identify accounting issues
• Apply basic Australian tax compliance procedures
• Assist with Australian tax planning for clients
• Prepare Australian income tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts Complete requisite regulatory forms; and
• Complies with the lodgment program by meeting lodgment dates and requirements

What does it take to be part of our Team?

• At least 1 year of experience with end-to-end Australian taxation is a must
• Must be knowledgeable in preparing financial statements, management accounts, requisite regulatory forms, and Australian income tax returns
• Xero certification preferred but not required
• Business / Commerce degree holder with Accounting Major
