Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Analyst to join our team. As an Audit Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving our financial management systems and internal controls. You will work closely with the audit team to assess risks, design audit procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct financial and operational audits to identify control weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs to address identified risks.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Create detailed audit reports documenting findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using auditing software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
