Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Processes Cash Advance (CA) for owned and dry-lease units.
- Manages liquidation of CA to Finance department.
- Maintains plate numbers at SPX corporate account.
- Handles Purchase Requisitions for Autosweep, Easytrip, and Phoenix Gas payments.
- Validates monthly billing and ensures accuracy.
- Tracks balances and budget replenishment.
- Keeps records for liquidation.
- Monitors truck utilization and compliance.
- Performs assigned tasks.
Requirement:
- Join SPX Philippine Inc. in Shopee Xpress (Operations- MM Audit, Billing and Compliance Team).
- Work under supervision with dedication.
- Location: Univation Motor Philippines Inc, Sta. Rosa Laguna.
