Job Description
Location: Cabuyao, Laguna
The Forza Group of Companies is seeking a Head of Internal Audit and Compliance to lead internal audit functions, ensuring effective risk management and governance across the organization. This full-time role involves developing audit programs, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a comprehensive internal audit plan.
- Identifying compliance vulnerabilities and recommending strategies.
- Overseeing compliance with laws and standards.
- Preparing audit reports for executive leadership.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing audit team.
Pay: Php86,00.00 – Php97,00.00 per month
