Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any other related field of duty
- Experience using process mapping tools (ie.Visio) but not required
- Familiar with “Lean” or six sigma process/thinking
- Good analytical skills, detail oriented, able to work independently and highly organized
- Excellent writing and reporting skills in order to transform the conversations and the current working procedures into a documented business process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review, develop and document company existing policies, processes, work instructions and guidelines
- Report and discuss to the Internal Auditor the reviewed and documented policies, processes, work instructions and guideline within timeline for risk analysis and mitigation
- Assist the Internal Auditor in process review to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improving operational and customer service performance
- Assist in assessing processes to determine how to reduce rework, improve quality, improve efficiency, and/or improve the ability to deliver desired services
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
