Job Description
– Responsible for daily tracking of inventory movement. Check the accuracy and completeness of stock transfer and adjustment, intra and inter transactions.
– Ensures sales have been posted from Barter to SAP. Make necessary adjustment.
– Validates the correctness of inventory ledger of a store through cycle count and physical count. Prepares and presents physical count result to management, include observations and recommendations.
– Responsible for checking store compliance on planogram for top 300 items.
– Be a support to Operation to achieve high compliance on execution particularly on stock monitoring and adjustment.
– Monitors and analyzes supplies consumption and behavior.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Accounting, Accounting Technology or any Accounting course
- Preferably with previous related work experience in Accounting position; Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Above average Microsoft Excel skills
- With SAP knowledge, an advantage
- Analytical, organized, pro-active and can work under pressure
- With very good oral and written communication skills
- Willing to work in Tondo, Manila
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
