Job Description
- Prepare Daily Sales Report for prior day sales of owned branches and submit it to the CFO on or before 10am daily.
- Prepare billing statement for Commissary.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all billings and payments are accounted for and properly posted in the system.
- Verify/check accuracy of computation of hard of DSR and DCR reports submitted by owned branches weekly by inputting the data from the Order Slip to Sales Report per branch and updating the Sales Summary Report.
- Reconcile the sales vs. cash deposits and non-cash (G-Cash, Gift Voucher, e-GV, QR Code and other forms of payment of customers.
- Reconcile non-cash payment vs. AUB report and bank details.
- Reconcile bank deposits and DSR.
- Conduct physical count of Inventories on Hand at Owned Branches.
- Other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
