Job Description
1. Conducts audit of sales of lessees paying rental on a percentage basis – daily.
2. Reconciles the accuracy of the Lease Contract with the Master Price List and Fundamental Lease Provisions.
3. Conducts inventory of lessee-owned materials left in padlocked store spaces.
4. Evaluates the acceptability of the Lessees Cash Register.
5. Checks the computation in the Master Price List (MPL) using the pricing guide and the approved Gross Leaseable Area (GLA) or GLA change as a basis.
6. Examines security and performance guarantee deposits and refunds.
7. Observes lessees’ sales operations and internal controls.
8. Distributes and retrieves Confirmation of Accounts of lessees.
9. Conducts sales readings and reconciles reading with the sales report daily.
10. Is responsible for performing various auditing functions and ensuring the conformity of these functions with company policies and guidelines.
