We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill various positions:

Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customers’ needs with accuracy and empathy.
- Maintain professionalism and patience in customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Open to office-based work
- 18 years old or above, Filipino citizen or holds relevant residence status.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus.
- Conversant in English language.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
Nice to have:
- Prior customer service experience in a call center or support role.
