Job Description
As an Estimator, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Preparation of tender submissions for all allocated work
- Engaging with specialist subcontractors, suppliers, trade suppliers to ensure competitive an accurate tender is submitted
- Establish the resources required for each project
- Measuring and take-offs from drawings to build-up of tender price from first principles based on plans, program, and scope of works
- Cost Planning
- Producing bills-of-quantities
Computer Programs to be proficient in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Build Soft Cubit
- Estimator Platinum
- Builder Trend
- Bluebeam PDF editor
- Microsoft One Drive
