Job Description
Joulez is seeking a detail-oriented Auto Insurance Claims Specialist to join our remote team. This entry-level role involves processing auto insurance claims, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing excellent customer service during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process claims efficiently.
- Investigate claim details and assess damages.
- Communicate with policyholders and adjusters.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
- Provide excellent customer support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 year of insurance claims experience required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
