Job Description
The Mechanical Handling Equipment Company, Inc. is actively looking for an Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and reviewing project jobs, working closely with project coordinators and management. Key responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, alerting supervisors to any discrepancies, and assisting in the start-up and commissioning of automation systems. Ideal candidates will possess a background in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related discipline, with a minimum of one year of relevant project experience. Proficiency in PLC programming, particularly with Siemens, Omron, and Allen Bradley systems, is essential. A willingness to travel to various job sites is also required.
