Job Description
We are seeking an Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions that improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to create workflows, integrate tools, and troubleshoot automated processes.
- Build and maintain scripts and RPA workflows; configure and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor system performance, investigate incidents, and ensure reliability and compliance.
- Document processes and proactively identify opportunities for scalable automation.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of automation experience, strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell), experience with RPA or automation platforms, demonstrable CI/CD knowledge, and a problem-solving mindset.
