Job Description
- Manage the overall operation of the dealership.
- Develop strategies and direct the development of marketing programs and materials such as advertising and event support.
- Ensure the successful implementation of all marketing campaigns and projects.
- Write proposals for new business and participate in planning and presentation sessions when assigned.
- Establish sales territories and quotas.
- Seek out and establish new accounts.
- Represent the company when dealing with the dealer principal, business associates, and customers.
- Ensure that all transactions with banks and financing institutions comply with the company’s set standards.
- Delegate work assignments, set expectations, and monitor delegated activities.
- Plan, develop, recommend, and coordinate the implementation of personnel and compensation changes.
- Facilitate employee development through mentoring, cross-training, and public seminars and training.
