Job Description
- Acts as the deputy of the Group Head in overseeing multiple dealerships.
- Develops strategies, directs development of marketing programs and materials such as advertising & event support.
- Ensures the successful implementation of all the marketing campaigns & projects.
- Writes proposals for new business, participates in planning and presentation sessions when assigned.
- Establishes sales territories & quotas.
- Seeks out and establishes new accounts.
- Represents the company when dealing with the dealer principal, business associates, and customers.
- Facilitates employee development through mentoring, cross-training, and public seminars and trainings.
