Job Description
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor of Technical Teacher Major in Automotive Technology or in Automotive Engineering Technology;
- Preferably with 2-year experience as an Automotive Instructor, Technician, or Foreman and with TESDA Certificate;
- Proven work experience in the automotive industry;
- Possess technical skills, expertise, and teaching best practices;
- Preferably with TESDA National TVET Trainer Certificate;
- Aware of basic safety precautions in workshops;
- Preferably with a valid driver’s license.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and controlling skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organization, time management with attention to details;
- Strong moral values and discipline;
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Development of instructional materials, guides, and evaluation procedures;
- Classroom management and creative teaching;
- Implement Auto Servicing curriculum;
- Keep and maintain student records;
- Prepare and safekeep training items.
