Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluates, recommends, and repairs units of fleet customers. Prepares the necessary documentation for reporting.
- Guides dealers on inquiries related to Local Service Agreement and troubleshooting of customer units.
- Provides technical assistance during trainings and service clinic activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Automotive Servicing NCIV or similar.
- With at least 3 years of experience as a service technician or service engineer.
- With a keen attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- License Requirements: Pro/Non-Pro Driver’s License, preferably with 2-3 years of manual transmission driving experience.
- Willing to work on site in Binan, Laguna
