Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AVP, Operations to drive daily operational excellence, streamline processes, and lead cross-functional teams to meet service, quality, and compliance objectives. The role involves developing operational strategies, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- 7+ years in operations leadership with strong analytical and project-management skills
- Proven people-management ability and excellent verbal and written communication
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certification preferred
