Job Description
As a B2B Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from business clients. Your main duties include contacting delinquent customers, negotiating payment terms, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.
You should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a firm understanding of accounting principles. Previous experience in collections, financial services, or a similar role is preferred.
