Job Description

Job Description: The B2B Operations Supervisor will oversee daily Station operations, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and directives from Operations Management.
Main Duties:
- Maintain healthy levels of CPP (Cost per parcel)
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Train and develop team members
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years in college; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in Service or Logistics industries
- 2 years of team lead experience
- Excellent computer skills; Google Suite knowledge is a plus
- Service-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
