Job Description

The B2C Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the business-to-consumer (B2C) department. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all B2C operations, as well as driving strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to optimize B2C processes
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer experience
  • Manage and lead a team of B2C representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of B2C operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as vendors and suppliers
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C operations management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and process improvements
  • Good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
