Job Description
The B2C Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the business-to-consumer (B2C) department. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all B2C operations, as well as driving strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to optimize B2C processes
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer experience
- Manage and lead a team of B2C representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of B2C operations
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as vendors and suppliers
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2C operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and process improvements
- Good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
