Job Description
Caldwell BPO Dynamics is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Back Office Agents. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, featuring a competitive salary, a 13th-month pay, and HMO coverage for three dependents starting Day One.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound calls, offering customer support across various platforms, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Ideal candidates are college graduates with strong English proficiency; previous BPO experience is a plus.
