Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints following established scripts and procedures.
- Gather information, research queries, and log customer calls.
- Communicate relevant alternatives for service completion promptly.
- Inform clients about available expert services and ascertain customer needs.
- Provide training and support to lower-level employees.
- Offer guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduate
Salary: Php20,500.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
