Job Description
TeleCaldwell Careers is excited to announce an opening for the position of Back Office Chat Support. As a Back Office Chat Support team member, your duties will involve following standard operating procedures, efficiently resolving customer inquiries, and performing basic troubleshooting tasks. We invite applicants with or without prior BPO experience, provided they exhibit exceptional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
This full-time role promotes work-life balance and includes opportunities for promotions, as well as additional compensation through bonuses and commissions.
