Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Collections Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records.

- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up as necessary.
- Prepare and send statements to clients.
- Coordinate with the finance department for accurate data entry.
