Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues during the first contact, whenever possible.
- Match customer needs with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize influencing skills to achieve customer buy-in.
- Communicate essential information to both internal and external clients.
