Job Description
Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or be in 2nd year College without back subjects.
- High School Graduates are accepted.
- English language proficiency is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle call questions and complaints using standard procedures.
- Research and resolve customer queries, maintain call logs.
- Offer timely alternatives and expert services information to clients.
- Provide guidance and support to junior employees.
