Job Description
Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates to join our team as a BACK OFFICE (Non-Voice Agent) at Central Luzon-BPO TeleServices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact.
- Match customer demands with Clients’ products.
- Use influencing skills to overcome objections.
- Share information with internal and external clients.

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
