Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our team in the role of BACK OFFICE / NON-VOICE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients while collaborating with colleagues.
