Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Matching customer needs with clients’ products and services.
- Utilizing negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Sharing information with internal and external stakeholders.
