Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our team for the position of Back Office (NON-VOICE) in Central-Luzon BPO Telecommunications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly on the first call without transfers.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share relevant information with internal and external clients.
