Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reach at least 2nd-year college with no back subjects

Job Responsibilities:
- May include:
- Responding to call questions and complaints
- Gathering information, resolving queries
- Communication with clients
- Providing guidance to lower-level employees
