Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO in Makati as a Back Office Online Chat Booking Agent! Your main responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications: High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate, good communication skills, and at least 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted). College graduates without BPO experience are welcome to apply.
